I feel sorry for Dylan sometimes when Zack is acting stingy. He sometimes doesn’t give his little brother a chance to play his video games. The kid’s was fooling around while I was making my green tea cookies. These cookies are delicious and it’s now one of my favorite cookies. It’s very easy to make and perfect with coffee and teas. I can’t wait to grab a huge can of green tea powder in the Asian market and bake a huge batch of it. Even the kid’s love these cookies that they can’t stop asking for more. I also baked Chocó-café crinkles and strawberry thumbprints almond cookies that day and it was also a hit. We dropped by at the new gym in town after blueberry picking today. Hubby is planning to go back to the gym next month. If the weather is not super hot then we‘re probably jogging and walking everyday. I am not going to the gym with him so I am planning of getting an exercise machine that I can use at home everyday. I am planning on making a jam. It was pretty hot today but it okay! I told the kid’s that we’re going very early in the morning or late in the afternoon next time. You Are Not a Snob

 

I am definitely not a snob. But some people that I have met at the first time said so “hehhehe”. I guess my personality is pretty snobby. I should smile very often then maybe people will find me friendly and easy to approach. Actually I am very friendly and down to earth person. I can be a very dear friend that you can treasure as long you do the same. I am very picky when it comes to friends, you can’t just make everyone as your friends. It’s pretty hard to please everyone so enjoy and treasure what you have right now. Appreciate, give thanks and treasure them always.

It has been blazing hot for days now and outdoor exercise and other activities to lose weight are pretty difficult. The heat is unbearable that I stopped walking and jogging for two weeks now. I feel guilty for not doing any exercises lately. I really need to look for a treadmill and check about ephedra. I have heard a lot about it from friends and I can’t wait to try it for myself. I made a sourdough starter for the very first time and it turns out really good. I used 1/3 cup of it today for my sourdough bread and it was delicious. The bread taste flaky in the outside and soft in the inside. Hubby and the kid’s ate it for dinner with pan fried spam, sweet onion, cheddar cheese, fresh lettuce, and a little bit of horseradish paste.

 I will try to make a focaccia with caramelized sweet onions and sourdough starter tomorrow for dinner. It’s been a long time since the last time we had focaccia bread. I have a good conversation to one of my neighbor‘s this afternoon. Most of my neighbor‘s are old folks and their sweet as it can be. Every time I visit them, it always reminds me of my old folks too. One of my grandmother‘s is very old now that she can‘t go around by herself anymore. I am so glad that my uncles and aunts decided to get a new and better wheelchair for her. I wish she can still walk even with a walker or cane. My aunt that is watching her is wishing for a seat lifts for her. I wish I can send her one soon.

 My Zack is going to celebrate his 8th birthday tomorrow and I am pretty busy for the last three days now. I have been baking all his favorite cookies and other sweets. I still can’t believe that his turning 8th. His big boy now and his pretty excited about being 8th. I will try to take a lot of photos and maybe post some on here. Dieting and exercising are two things that I should be doing these days. I have gained quite a bit and I can‘t to get rid of it. I already talked to Joe and his willing to jog with me every afternoon. I will start buying healthy grocery next time we go grocery shopping. No more junks and unhealthy food for everyone.
